Excel to PDF Guide
Convert Excel spreadsheets to PDF, exported page by page according to the print layout — ideal for sharing reports and print archiving.
How to use
- Open woaioffice.com and click the "Excel to PDF" icon on the homepage, or go directly to woaioffice.com/en/convert/excel-to-pdf/
- Click "Add Files" or drag your files into the dashed box; multiple files are supported
- Click the "Convert" button to start
- When finished, click "Download" to save the result — individual or ZIP download are both supported
Supported formats & options
- Supports .xls and .xlsx files
- Each worksheet is exported paginated by its print settings
- Paper orientation and print areas follow the workbook settings
Notes
- Very wide sheets are automatically split across pages — adjust the print area in Excel first if needed
- Encrypted workbooks cannot be converted — remove the protection first
- Conversion credits are counted per file by page count and size tier
